Learning to sell
in the real world.

Before the boardrooms and the national rankings, there was the road. Pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, and distributors across Quebec. Monique learned early that sales isn't about the pitch — it's about the relationship. That lesson has never left her.

Manufacturing representative for Quebec, working directly with distributors Sani-Marc, Choisy, and Zep. Trained distributor reps and developed new business with end users across the province.

Managed provincial sales for pharmacies, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Won the largest medical cart tender in North America — a $6M provincial contract representing 98% of Quebec government business.

Building teams

Ten years at Avon taught Monique what it really means to lead at scale. Not managing numbers — developing people. Six hundred sellers per territory, national rankings, and a two-week campaign cycle that demanded constant recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization.

together — digitally.

The final chapter brought everything forward. Virtual training, digital tools, CRM discipline, and a global reach. Monique didn't just adapt to the modern sales environment — she helped build it for the teams around her.
